  • The filter medium is made of high-quality cellulose fibres, impregnated with phenolic resin. Complies with dust class M according to DIN EN 60335-2-69.
  • The DuraFilter FCC-30 comes standard with a SurfacePlus precoat treatment. This instantly increases the filter's performance from the very first use. Combined with the RoboClean automatic cleaning system, the filter is cleaned in cycles during operation, giving it a long service life before replacement is needed.
  • Contaminated dust released during cleaning is collected in the reusable residue barrel of the MFS and SFS, keeping your exposure to contamination to a minimum.

Self-cleaning for maximum uptime

The MFS and SFS are equipped with the RoboClean automatic filter cleaning system. During operation, a pulse of compressed air cleans the FCC-30 DuraFilter™ in sections, so the filter keeps performing at its best without you having to intervene. The released dust falls into the reusable residue barrel, ready to be emptied when needed. A filter status indicator on the unit shows you exactly when the filter itself is saturated and needs replacing. Thanks to the self-cleaning cycle, that moment comes far later than with a disposable filter, which means lower operational costs and less downtime.
