Plymovent designs high-quality, reliable extraction and filtration systems for welders, metalworkers, firefighters, mechanics, and other professionals.

More than 350 colleagues work every day to ensure your clean air. Since 1975, we've been developing and manufacturing our equipment and systems in our own factories.

For example, our ControlPro Connect portal gives you direct insight into the performance of your Plymovent systems. Thanks to our global network of dealers, distributors, and sales offices, our innovative extraction solutions find their way into all those contaminated workplaces. This way, more and more people can count on safe, healthy working conditions.
Our head office in Alkmaar was named " Best Company in North Holland " in May 2024.
Plymovent places great importance on quality and environmental responsibility. Several of our locations are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, and we are continuously working to extend these certifications.

Over 50 years of innovation

1975: Launch of two independent companies in welding fume solutions and plug-and-play air filtration products: Plymouth in Sweden and Euromate in the Netherlands
1989: Plymouth acquires CelciusVent and becomes Plymovent
Since 1999: Growth through strategic acquisitions and the expansion of our headquarters in Alkmaar, a strong foundation for further international growth to provide even more customers with clean air. Euromate is now called Clean Air Group.
2006: Clean Air Group and Plymovent merge under the name Plymovent
2016: Opening of factory in Thailand
2018: Plymovent acquires Air Exchange; significant expansion in the western United States
2019: Expansion of Alkmaar headquarters with new assembly hall featuring solar panels
From 2022 : Launch of ControlPro Connect: insightful online data and control options of Plymovent systems in a clear web portal, for maximum performance and
user-friendly maintenance
2023: Construction of two additional production halls at the factory in Thailand
2024: Named 'Best Company in North Holland'
2024: Plymovent expands in Spain and acquires air filtration expert Barin
2025: Fifty years as a clean air expert!
2026: Launch of PlymoShop.com, the shortest route to clean air in the workplace!
