Professional Plymovent filter, recommended for:
- Effective filtering of welding fumes during welding: removal of more than 99.9% of ultra-fine toxic welding fume particles
- Use in a wide range of welding processes including MIG/MAG and GMAW welding, TIG welding, flux cored wire welding (FCAW) and stick electrode welding (MMAW)
- Use for grinding and polishing steel (except aluminium, magnesium and titanium)
- Medium to high intensity and continuous welding, thanks to the automatic self-cleaning of the MFS and SFS systems
- Reliable protection of the welder's health
Features & highlights
- The FCC-30 DuraFilter is the perfect fit for the Plymovent MFS and SFS self-cleaning welding fume extraction systems.
- The filter medium is made of high-quality cellulose fibres, impregnated with phenolic resin. Complies with dust class M according to DIN EN 60335-2-69.
- The DuraFilter FCC-30 comes standard with a SurfacePlus precoat treatment. This instantly increases the filter's performance from the very first use. Combined with the RoboClean automatic cleaning system, the filter is cleaned in cycles during operation, giving it a long service life before replacement is needed.
- Contaminated dust released during cleaning is collected in the reusable residue barrel of the MFS and SFS, keeping your exposure to contamination to a minimum.
