How does the MFD work?

The MFS extracts welding fumes directly at the source using the extraction arm. By positioning the arm close to the welding process, harmful substances are captured immediately before they can spread throughout the workspace.

The contaminated air is guided through the extraction arm to the filter unit. Inside the unit, the airflow is evenly distributed and passed through the filter, where fine dust particles and welding fumes are effectively captured.

During this process, harmful particles, such as metal particles and fine dust, remain in the filter. The cleaned air is then returned to the workspace, creating a cleaner and safer working environment.

What distinguishes the MFS is its RoboClean self-cleaning filter system. This system automatically cleans the filter with compressed air while the unit is in operation. Dust and dirt are collected in the dust bin at the bottom of the unit.

This maintains constant extraction capacity and reduces the need for maintenance. Instead of regularly replacing filters, you benefit from a system that cleans itself and performs reliably for a long time, even with intensive use.
