How does the filter package keep the unit performing optimally?

The MobileGo, MonoGo, or DualGo draws contaminated air into the unit via the connected extraction arm. This filter package forms the core of that process. The air first passes through the pre-filter cassette, which captures larger particles and dust. Then, the air flows through the HEPA filter cassette, which removes ultrafine welding fumes down to 0.3 microns, before the purified air is blown back into the workspace.

Both cassettes are designed to be replaced together and by yourself, without tools or a service visit.

As the pre-filter and HEPA filter fill with particles, the airflow decreases and the filtration efficiency declines. The unit's built-in maintenance indicator shows when this point has been reached.
