The MobilePro is a powerful, mobile welding fume extractor with a self-cleaning filter system designed for professional and intensive use. It is ideal for on-site welding, in confined spaces, or in areas where a fixed extraction system is not feasible.

The unit comes standard with an extraction arm of your choice (KUA or EconomyArm, 2 to 4 meters). This allows you to configure the MobilePro directly based on your workplace and application.

Thanks to the integrated RamAir™ pulse booster, the filter cartridge automatically cleans itself with compressed air. This keeps the extraction capacity constant, even during intensive applications.

How does the MobilePro work?

The MobilePro is a mobile filter unit with a built-in fan and a self-cleaning filter cartridge (type CART-O). The fan draws contaminated air through the selected extraction arm.

Welding fumes are filtered through a cylindrical BiCo polyester filter cartridge with a filter surface of 215 ft². During operation, the system continuously monitors the pressure difference across the filter. When needed, the integrated RamAir™ pulse amplifier automatically releases a powerful compressed-air pulse.

This pulse is directed into the filter media, effectively removing accumulated dust and restoring filter performance.

The collected dust particles are stored in a lockable 2.6-gal dust drawer.

Designed for
intensive and professional use

The MobilePro is designed for welders who work daily and for long periods of time. Thanks to the strong BiCo filter media, the filter cartridge retains its mechanical strength, even under
frequent cleaning with compressed air.

The fibers in the filter consist of a core and a sheath with different melting points. This bi-component technology creates a strong bond between the fibers. This keeps the filter structure stable and significantly extends the cartridge's lifespan.

The filter is also washable (for example with Plymovent EFC cleaning agent), which further extends its lifespan.

How do I know when the filter needs to be replaced?

The system continuously monitors the pressure difference across the filter. When the filter reaches the end of its life, the unit signals.
Can the MobilePro be expanded with extra filtration?
